This can depart a powerful hang on your company name brand name. Essentially burning up your brand name on their memory is ones own advertising goal.

David Greene,
Is it immoral to build a product that is superior to other products?
Is it immoral to want to sell that product for any price that the company wants to?
Is it immoral to want to maintain your market share?
Is it immoral to not want to give to your competitors part of your business?
Is it immoral for David Greene to want a share of someone else's proceeds?

Morality is in every action that affects a human being. Moral or immoral define the nature of an action -or behaviour- according to how it helps man achive his highest ends (values); that is why laws are subject to judgement of morality.

How can a company overbear and fend off competition at the same time if it is not by government influence?

Afraid I must disagree here. Morality and immorality are in the hearts of people not laws. If leaders of corporations always did what was considered moral, or in this case what is honest and helpful for the consumer, there would be no need for anti-turest laws. It is usually not jealousy that leads to anti-trust legislation, but overbearing activities of the rich where there is no competition, or to fend off competition, that leads to complaints from the consumers. And those complaints go to the ears of the provider first, but if they will not listen, the complaints flow to the government.
