Suppose the much-maligned "tax havens" of the world formed a business association to foster their interests and those of freedom-loving investors around the world. The association would market services, including purchase and safe storage of various items, offer investment opportunities, and so forth. The "enlightened" high-tax and frank dictatorships of the world would not like this, and would undoubtedly try to wreck the idea, and perhaps destroy the "tax havens" through outright violence, seeing the association as a dagger at the heart of their "governments". It seems that violent men will usually triumph over peace-loving types who just want to make money and not hurt anyone, but must it always be so? Cannot for once the "good guys" have their chance for success based on ethical business grounds instead of brute force?
