		<description>Once the Government has access to our medical records under ObamaCare, we can expect significant opportunity for black mail to be used.  Remember Joe the Plummber and the exposure of records maintained on him by Social Services (something along the line of failure to make child support payments).  Once you publicly criticize someone in power, they can expose something embarrasing from your medical records.  That is a real privacy problem.

One of my hobbies is genealogy.  Seems that the governments are overly concerned about the &quot;privacy&quot; of people who died 100 years ago or more.  Increasingly, state and local governments are adopting rules excluding the public from having access to birth, death, and marriage certificates of people who died a long, long time ago.  

So what is wrong  with this picture?
