Fiat money and the "shareholder" view of business are in slight opposition. When a large, politically connected, rent seeking business owner say, "This business is mine and I paid for it with Fiat money." there is a disconnect. No wonder the underlying anger at this type of social "cheat code" for comparative wealth is expressed and those who do not expose businesses' unfair practices before praising them are suspect.
