		<description>It&#039;s interesting that you don&#039;t mention anything about the impact of the population explosion that occurred during the 1920&#039;s on the collection of taxes.  It seems that if the number of tax payers increased by several million, it&#039;s only a natural tax revenues would increase.  You have failed to prove a the cause/effect relationship you claim.  Figures don&#039;t lie, but liars figure.</description>
