		<description>[...] 民主党还有一个理论,就是百万富翁们太有钱了,不需要这减免的税钱.Dorgan摆出数字说,如果都减税了,年收入一个million的人就可以一年少交10w块钱的税.(我很怀疑这个数字的可靠性:按照这个10%的减税比例,假设2%的最高收入人群收入都只有25W(这是下限), 6百万人口 x 25W x 10% = 150 billion. 也就是说十年内那2%的人就少交1.5 trillion的税,跟前面的数字差了一倍之多). 我们退一步,且不论这些数字的真实性,obama们代表&#8221;百万富翁&#8221;们放弃财产权的思维就很芮成刚.假如,有这么一个政策,政府给每个人4500块钱,但只能用来买新车. 若是有人提出,这钱就不用给穷人了,反正他们也买不起新车. 民主党肯定要迫不及待的跳出来说,那怎么能行,穷人就不是人了?你凭什么代替穷人放弃这笔钱? 你要觉得这种天方夜谭式的政策是我幻想出来的,那你就错了.这么缺心眼的事,Obama还真干过&#8212;-Cash For Clunkers:2009年,只要你拿任何一辆破车去买一辆更省油的新车,政府就帮你出4500块,同时把那辆旧车销毁. 4500块,买不起新车的穷人们一分钱拿不到,还要贡献近3 billion的税去补贴别人. 与此同时,70w辆旧车(包括很多还可以运行的)就这么生生的从世界上消失了,结果呢? 旧车供应减少,价格上涨,吃亏的又是最需要买便宜车的穷人. 民主党的政策,披上保护环境,刺激经济,减少赤字的外衣,听上去正义凛然,实际上干的是一会抢劫Peter,一会抢劫Paul的勾当. 		<description>If carbon emissions are such a problem, then why not end all federal, state and local road subsidies? Since when you subsidize something you get more of it, wouldn&#039;t that help reduce carbon emissions by bringing out the true cost of the roads and discouraging excessive driving?

I think the left will rebel because they like their freebies, so I think the goal isn&#039;t carbon emission reduction but control over the individual.</description>
