		<description>the law was changed to allow speculators to hold larger numbers of contracts. to pose as commercials. congress is at fault. do we really need to allow oil prices to go from $30 a barrel to $150 and back again to $30. this is not really capitalism or supply and demand.the brokerages and hedge funds benefit at everyones expensive by this hoarding and disgourging.maybe they can continue to buy congress and public will end up making changes resulting in lower standards of living to support people who do little or nothing for what they are paid.it is the biggest scam in history.it is rigged. futures contracts in their current form make it so.</description>
