The target city Multan, where RWDO is located in over populated, uneducated, backward and poor city of Punjab, due to the poverty more then 5,000 females have become prostitutes and are working as sex workers. Every Female Sex Worker get 5 to 6 clients daily, so approximately 25,000 to 30,000 male do unsafe sex daily majority of them is youth. Keeping in view the worst situation of the area RWDO decided to give awareness about HIV/AIDS and STDs to ordinary people of the area and especially to the youth who are at high risk to get HIV/ AIDS and STDs.
