Matt:
if the govt buried the report and never released it, how do you know about it? I can't tell people about something like that w/o corroboration.

thanks,

GOVERNMENT SCAM---

I just want to say that back in 1990’s the U.S. commissioned the AMA to do a study on the effect of legalizing drugs, all drugs, not just weed!

When the report was done the results is a bunch of stuff that we already know!

1)	It’s better to legalize drugs

2)	It’s better to treat addiction as a medical problem

3)	That the prohibition increases crime and would enrich the drug gangs to the point where they could afford their own private armies! Possibly to the point where it would de-stablize some countries. Just what’s happening in Mexico now! (THE U.S. GOVERNMENT KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN 20 YEARS AGO!!!)

4)	That the so call war on drug is really a war on poor people and minorities and an excuse to turn the U.S. into a garrison state so people are afraid to say boo!!!

5)	I live out in the suburbs and I don’t know of anybody out here doing any real time behind drugs where in the city you might do time if they catch you with a roach and if it’s a third strike you might be looking at 25 years for a joint!!!

6)	Just so happens that the Prison Guard Union is the most powerful union in California!!!

7)	For the last 30 years or more California has spent more money building jails and prisons than schools or Universities!

8)	And it went on…

The U.S. Government buried the report, they never released it!!!

Alright, well I have been using drugs daily for maybe 3-4 years. All my grades at B's and up. The reason why people think drugs are so bad is because of the others have made it off to be. Drugs aren't bad in my opinion (other than meth, crank, and heroine.)

The people who make them a problem don't get their priority's met first. The people who make it a "problem" are clueless, they feel like they need more and more. Honestly that's where they did not play their cards right. When using heavy drugs you keep going until you feel it, and chill out. So you don't become addicted. It's hard not to, but you need to do that in order not to become someone you don't want to be.

Drugs enhance life, make you have completely different views, and add creativity. They should be legalized everywhere, and people need to try them instead of being against them. Yes they can make people into something they aren't but that's when there is a problem.

<b>
Above all I DO NOT think the government should be able to tell us what we can and cannot put in our body. It's a "free country" isn't it?
