Its sand in the machinery of the free market. It skews every signal price sends to supply and demand. It serves the greed of politicians, big business and a dormant, complacent, ill informed public. Truth be told politicians, business, and the public can function on their own and better without a "Money Fairy". OK the FED is not a “government agency”.
