I have a better idea.  Just count the number of votes after each election.  Those who want to be &quot;represented&quot; and taxed can do so and the rest of us can be left alone.  I&#039;ve often thought that a vote in favor of an expenditure should be like a contractual agreement to fund it.  You vote for it, you pay for it.</description>
