Global warming is no hoax; it is a fact. The earth has been warming for nearly ten thousand years as temperatures seek to return to normal since the last Ice Age, i.e. global uncooling. Until crocodiles are swimming again in the Minnesota everglades, the earth will continue to warm.

That said, there remains the issue of whether or not human intervention is ‘accelerating’ the process of global uncooling? Scientists have noticed from examination of ice core samples taken in Antartica that higher carbon layers in the ice correspond to globally warm periods in history. Is there a connection between the two? If so, they are concerned. Today’s carbon is many times higher than it has ever been in the ice core samples. Will there be a corresponding globally warm period? If so, the earth is in for an unprecedented warm spell.

THE BOOK REVIEW WAS EXCELLENT AND MAKES ME WANT TO GET IT; AND GIVE IT TO A MILLION PEOPLE.

WE NEED TO STOP SIMPLY “PREACHING TO THE CHOIR”. IT’S THAT 10%
UNDECIDED THAT WE NEED TO REACH. A SMALL SHIFT WOULD MAKE A HUGE
DIFFERENCE.

While there may, in fact, be a cycle of warming temperatures globally, I am not convinced that human activity is a primary driver. Also, my understanding is that CO2 is a product, not a driver, of said warming temperatures. Warming comes first, then CO2 follows. Unto itself, this proves nothing. I had heard once that Jaques Chirac believed that the ‘global warming’ advocates were doing the political work of creating a single global nation. That does strike a chord when viewing their paranoiac rants.

global warming is real. When you say it’s a hoax you simply sound uninformed. The earth goes through ups and down in heating and cooling. CO2 contributes to heating. It’s no where near the extent, i think, of what Al gore and a bunch of other extremists say, but it is real. America isn’t the problem though, it’s other countries, generally less advanced ones. Los Angeles, the worst city in America for pollution, is only the 66th worst in the entire world. So America can simply stay on the path that’s it’s on now, without massive government intervention like telling car companies what cars they have to make, or mandating alternative energy. We should really be helping other countries become as advanced as we are if we want to help with global warming.

Devotees of the global warming hoax propose that scientists close their minds to alternative theories such as global cooling. Instead of a thousand flowers blooming, Algore and the Obamabots propose the steel trap of religious faith and dogma, disguised as “science.” The present offering exposes the global warming hoax and its pretensions of a “scientific consensus.” Einstein once suggested to his graduate students in their search of research grant money “If the facts don’t fit the theory, change the facts.” So, the global warming devotees are merely changing the facts to support their lucrative “Theory of Global Warming?”
